The vidiprinter is run by Realizer Labs LLC. This policy covers the website at vidiprinter.app and the vidiprinter Android app, which are the same thing: the app opens the website, and neither stores anything on your device beyond what any browser would.
You can watch the ticker without an account, and most people do. No sign-up, no personal information, nothing collected beyond the analytics below.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read — standard page-view data tied to a cookie, not to a name. We do not run advertising and we do not sell or share data with advertisers.
An account, if you make one. Signing in uses an email link, so the one thing an account requires is your email address. It is used to sign you in, to deliver what you have bought, and for nothing else. No password is ever stored because none exists.
Payments. Passes are bought through Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us — we never see or store them. We keep a record of what you bought and when, because that is what your pass is.
Google (analytics), Stripe (payments), and the infrastructure the site runs on (Google Cloud). No data brokers, no advertisers, no selling of anything to anyone.
Email admin@realizerlabs.com from the address on the account and we will delete the account and everything attached to it. Purchase records may be retained where the law requires it.
